I am an award winning Creative Director, who specializes in the design and delivery of spectacular concepts for projects worldwide. I have created experiences for some of the most prolific owner/operators in the business, including Universal, Disney, and Dreamworks. From Theme Parks to Cruise Lines, Corporate Events to Touring shows, my goal is to create unforgettable experiences audiences will carry with them.

Clear leadership and effective direction is key to a projects success. Regardless of the scope, scale, or complexity… every project large and small takes the same care and attention. I focus first on building teams of passionate artisans, performers, and technicians whose drive, talent, and heart deliver the highest caliber content. Once a core team is established, I focus on rallying everyone around the initial concept, and ask all voices to be represented so there is personal ownership of the end creative from every discipline. Finally, I lay out a clear, and concise creative vision and plan. It’s this consistent approach to all projects that allows me to be as comfortable leading the development of boutique events as I am multi-million dollar spectaculars.
PRODUCTION GOALS
A million moving pieces and parts go into every show and event, and often, it is the minutia that makes or breaks a project. While breathtaking entertainment is what I deliver, the process is anything but dramatic. Finding the balance between creative intent and production goals is imperative. I strive to make every production as simple as possible, even on the most complex projects. This is achieved through an ardent commitment to effective communication.
LOGISTICAL UNDERSTANDING
Despite being a “creative” leader, my extensive production background allows me to effectively support most any aspect of the development process. From casting, to scoring, to media management, my deeper overall knowledge allows my individual teams to focus on the project at hand.
DELIVERABLES
Focusing on efficiency when leading creative development is imperative to successful delivery. The goal is always to create impactful experiences that are instantly memorable while making sure that the final deliverable is on time, on budget, and on point. No one will be happy with a creative masterpiece that is millions over budget, just as they won’t be pleased with a show that came in with zero delta, but fails to deliver success.
